Introducing a case where we prevented the occurrence of poor accuracy and reduced the number of quality defects!

We would like to introduce a case where the 6-axis motion sensor from "ParaRecolectar" was used to identify the cause of precision defects in automotive parts manufacturing. In the machining process of aluminum parts, precision defects were a challenge. It was anticipated that defects occurred on specific machines, indicating potential issues with the equipment. As a result of the implementation, we were able to detect malfunctions in areas that could not be identified through regular inspections, ensuring precision equivalent to other machines and achieving zero precision defects caused by the same issue.
